Mad about Style: július 2013

Hi everyone!!

It's our very first challenge. We were so excited during our little competition. We did the same nail design. Both of them are perfect for the summer time.
In the first part you can see a feather idea in different colour mixing.
In the second part there's a cheerful rainbow nail design.

We're finally done so now it's your turn to decide which of us is the winner.

We're extremely curious about your opinion!!!

Part 1

The idea, this was brought to the table by the very talented K hatter

Used to achieve this look by K Hatter:

She went for a more like, for like look, creating amazing feathers and a very cool nail look for the summer.

To complete the first challenge Y Hatter used these nail polishes:

Going for a different colour scheme, this is what Y Hatter submitted!!

Deciding, that my feathers look like pine leaves, I decided to paint the "feathered" nails brown :)

Part 2

The yellow abstact design, brought to the challenge arena by the almost talented Y Hatter.

K Hatter went for the soft yellow and used an array of nail varnishes detailed below:

These are her very stylish nails!!!

Y Hatter went for a slightly different approach, she went for the neon look, but wanted an accent colour incorporated, so she did her ring finger in green.

The tools she used for this very intricate design are as follows:

Voila, the end result!!!

pssst!!! As sad as this is, my right hand actually turned out better.
