Nails Nails Nails !!!!! My first tutorial !!
What you need : a base color, a top color, line tape, top coat.
Because I am painting on gel nails I used a clear base
coat to protect the nails. Avon revitacool base coat, as my base color I used
Flormar pink blush, as a top color Avon sugarplum, as a top coat NYC classy
glassy.
* try using a top color that only requires 1 coat, it
will make the process much easier.
Apply your base color (however many coats you need) I
used two. Now wait till it is absolutely dry, if it isn't the tape will pull
the color off and you can start again 80(
Pre-cut your nail tape strips, for this design I used
6 strips for each nail. They need to be long enough to to cover the nail and
leave enough for easy access when removing. Place strips in the design you
would like to achieve.
* you can remove the tape if you didn't place it right
the first time, make sure you get it the way like it, after this there's no
turning back :0)
You need to do this part one nail at a time !! Apply
the top color and immediately remove the strips, otherwise your nail polish
will start to set and come off in pieces. Repeat for each nail.
Once you are done wait a
little for the nail polish to dry before you apply the top coat or it will
streak the top color. Once everything has dried ..... your done !! ENJOY !!!!
